• Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

• Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the item arrives damaged or faulty.

• You must contact us within 48 hours or receiving your order and provide clear photos of the item and the packaging.

• If approved, we will offer you a replacement, Exchange, or refund depending on the situation.

• Please note all candles, soap, handmade items may have slight differences in colour, shape, or scent. These are normal and not considered faults.

• For hygiene and safety reasons, used items cannot be returned.

• If a return is approved, the item must be sent back in original condition.

• Return postage cost are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty.

• We take great care in packaging all orders to ensure they arrive safely.

• We offer postage Australia wide. Shipping costs will be calculated based on the size of the order.

• Local pick up or drop off may be available by arrangement.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service.

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photo of item and packaging.
