Candle Safety Instructions-

• Remove Candle from all packaging, display boxes, wrapping, and decorations before burning.

• Display boxes, bouquet wrapping, and decorative materials are flammable and must not be burnt.

• Always place candle on a flat, heat-resistant surface before lighting.

• Keep away from flammable objects, children, and pets.

• Never leave a burning candle unattended.

• Do not burn candle near drafts or open windows.

• Stopa using candle when 1cm of wax remains.

• Use at your own risk and follow all safety instructions when burning candles.

Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

• Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

• Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the item arrives damaged or faulty.

• You must contact us within 48 hours or receiving your order and provide clear photos of the item and the packaging.

• If approved, we will offer you a replacement, Exchange, or refund depending on the situation.

• Please note all candles, soap, handmade items may have slight differences in colour, shape, or scent. These are normal and not considered faults.

• For hygiene and safety reasons, used items cannot be returned.

• If a return is approved, the item must be sent back in original condition.

• Return postage cost are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty.

• We take great care in packaging all orders to ensure they arrive safely.
