• If approved, we will offer you a replacement, Exchange, or refund depending on the situation.

• Please note all candles, soap, handmade items may have slight differences in colour, shape, or scent. These are normal and not considered faults.

• For hygiene and safety reasons, used items cannot be returned.

• If a return is approved, the item must be sent back in original condition.

• Return postage cost are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty.
